Teen and passenger hospitalised in Viveash hit-and-run

WA Police are seeking information after a sedan driver fled the scene of a hit-and-run in Viveash on Wednesday night.

At approximately 6:25pm, a 17-year old and his 20-year old passenger were riding an unlicensed off-road motorcycle when they collided with a dark coloured sedan and were thrown over the vehicle.

Both the teen and his passenger were sent to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries,

The sedan was travelling west on Muriel Street and commenced to turn right into the college carpark, near the intersection of Frederic Street.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who saw the crash, may have seen either vehicle driving in the vicinity of the crash, or have dash camera footage in the area.  Please contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or make a report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au
